Product tour
Guide every sales enquiry into a successful closed deal
Six connected stages designed for maximum sales conversion. Each phase transitions seamlessly within one unified CRM record, giving your team total pipeline visibility.
Stage 01 · Lead
The enquiry becomes a record, not a notification
A prospect submits a form on your website or messages a connected social channel. Instead of an email someone has to notice, a lead is created with the answers, the source and the tags already attached.
- Custom lead capture forms per service
- Enquiries from connected social channels
- Source and tags recorded on arrival
- Contact scoring ranks it against your other open leads
Hands off: The lead enters your pipeline at the status you defined.
Lead capture forms feeding the CRM pipeline
The new enquiry column is where a submitted form lands. The source, the service and the tags are already on the card, so nobody has to open an email to find out what was asked for.

Stage 02 · CRM
Everything said to that customer lives in one place
The lead becomes a contact record. The drag-and-drop pipeline shows where the deal stands, and the unified inbox collects every message against the contact rather than in someone’s personal email.
- Visual pipeline from new enquiry to closed deal
- Unified inbox with the full communication history
- Custom tags for service type, priority and source
- Anyone on the team can pick the relationship up
Hands off: A staged, owned deal — ready to be worked rather than remembered.
The visual sales pipeline, stage by stage
Four customisable CRM stages carry a deal from new enquiry to booked. Open leads, deals won and pipeline value total across the top, so the state of the month is one glance rather than one report.

Stage 03 · Follow-up
The chase happens whether or not anyone remembers
Workflows fire on real events. A quote that goes quiet gets followed up by email, then SMS if there is still no reply — while you are on site, or asleep, or with another client.
- Automated follow-up across email and SMS
- Omnichannel sequences that switch channel on silence
- Triggers tied to events, not to a calendar reminder
- Campaign management for outbound at scale
Hands off: The conversation stays warm until the prospect is ready to commit.
Workflow automation running the follow-up
A template applied to the record becomes a sequence of steps with owners and due dates. The activity trail on the right is what fired, and when — the audit of a chase nobody had to remember to make.

Stage 04 · Booking
Interest turns into a slot the calendar actually has
The client picks a time from live availability in their own time zone, with the right duration and buffer for that service, and pays a deposit in the same step. Confirmation is instant.
- Custom appointment types with durations and buffers
- Two-way sync with Google, Outlook and iCloud
- Time-zone intelligence, so no conversion is needed
- Deposits through integrated payment processing
Hands off: The calendar and the pipeline both update — no double entry.
The online booking screen a client actually sees
Appointment type on the left, live month availability in the middle, selectable slots in the client’s own time zone on the right — and the deposit collected in the same confirmation step.

Stage 05 · Customer
They stop chasing you for updates
A confirmed booking makes them a customer. They get a professional login where they can see their project status and files, which removes most of the routine "any update?" contact before it happens.
- Client portals with a login per client
- Project status visible without asking
- Files shared against the project, not in attachments
- Every client managed from one central dashboard
Hands off: The relationship is on a record, not in one person’s inbox.
Client portal and customer management
The panel on the right is the client’s own view: project status, the quote, the site photos and the form still waiting on a signature — the answers to the questions they would otherwise phone in for.

Stage 06 · Operations
The work gets delivered, and you can see where it is
The booking creates a job. Tasks carry owners and deadlines, the task scheduler plans the week, and workflow templates mean every job of that type starts from your best version of the process.
- Jobs created from the booking that generated them
- Task management with owners and deadlines
- Task scheduler for planning team workload
- Dynamic forms with approval flow for sign-off
Hands off: Completion recorded against the customer, ready to invoice.
Task management and scheduling on the job
The booking has become a job. Every task carries an owner and a deadline, progress is a number rather than an opinion, and the whole checklist came from the workflow template for that service.

Tour questions
What people ask while working through the stages.
Do I have to use all six stages?
No. They connect, but most teams start with whichever stage is currently costing them most — usually lead capture or booking — and adopt the rest as they go.
Does a lead have to be re-entered as it moves through?
No. That is the point of running the stages on shared records: a captured lead becomes a contact, the contact books an appointment, and the booking creates the job.
Which calendars does the booking stage sync with?
Google, Outlook and iCloud, in both directions — external commitments block your published availability, and new bookings appear in your normal calendar.
Can I see the product before committing to it?
Yes. Get in touch and the team will walk through the stages against your own workflow rather than a generic script.
